Started in 2021
Tailor's Touch began in 2021 with a focus on clothing alterations and remodelling projects that extend the life of well-made garments.
We reshape garments with careful alterations, remodelling, and upcycling for pieces that deserve another wear.
Tailor's Touch works with clothing that needs a better fit, a new purpose, or a thoughtful update. Each project begins with a close review of the garment, its construction, and the result you want to achieve.
From vintage pieces to sentimental favourites, we look at what can be reused, adjusted, or reworked with care. Our approach is practical, design-led, and grounded in what the fabric can realistically support.

Our work grew from a simple idea: good garments should have more than one chapter.
Tailor's Touch began in 2021 with a focus on clothing alterations and remodelling projects that extend the life of well-made garments.
Founder Aisha Tan shaped the workshop around careful assessment, clear communication, and redesign work that respects the original material.
Today, we help clients across Singapore update fit, refresh style, and explore upcycling ideas that suit the garment in front of us.

We combine practical tailoring with garment remodelling to create results that feel considered, wearable, and honest about what the fabric allows.
We review each garment before quoting so the work reflects its construction, fabric condition, and the fit outcome that is realistically possible.
We use existing fabric where possible and discuss any limits early, especially when a redesign depends on the garment's seams, grain, or available material.
Our process includes concept review and approval, so you can see the direction before remodelling begins and understand the scope clearly.
At collection, we check the fit or finish together and complete the handover with the final result in view, whether it is an alteration or an upcycled piece.
